  I nought a n LG fridge/freezer from here in late 2013. I bought the extended protection plan at the time of my purchase. Two & a half weeks ago my LG stopped working properly and all I have gotten is the run around. Absolutely disgusting. They sent out a total idiot the first week who said he couldn't fix the problem, they then sent another company National Platinum Services out the following week. He said the LG was majorly broke. So far I have heard nothing from Lowe's Extended protection plan or the company, despite numerous phone calls to them, trying to get something done. I feel like I have been ripped off, the so called extended protection plan, what a joke. I have had to through all of the food out that was in the fridge/ freezer. Will not be dealing with Lowe's again. This issue is now going on nearly three weeks with no resolution in sight. Totally unacceptable.
