- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆September 01, 2019, by Mr FixerTerrible customer service! I called the local number to inquire about a part for a washer. I got kicked over to a national call center. I called back and said 'operator' during the automated announcement. It finally transferred me to the appliance department, where an answering machine picked up and asked me to leave a name and number for someone to call me back. As you can expect, no one has returned a call. I will spend my money elsewhere.
